The Concept
Inspired by Marc Jacobs’ jewelry block charms and the ritual of holiday decorating, the concept reimagined ornamentation through a campy, opulent lens.
The pop-up was designed around a cube — referencing immersive cube installations by Megan Geckler — and expanded into a system of stacked cubic elements used both as focal points and decorative architecture.

The Challenge
Create a holiday concept that captured the joy, excess, and playful spirit of Marc Jacobs — while remaining highly scalable, lightweight, and cost-efficient for global rollout.
The project needed to balance creative impact with production feasibility, enabling markets to execute confidently across different store formats.
My Role
As Global Head of Department, I led the creative concept, prototyping strategy, and material development, working closely with production partners to translate a bold idea into a buildable, repeatable system.

Why Innovation & Prototyping
This project reflects my belief that strong creativity must be engineered.
Understanding materials, structure, and constraints is essential to designing ideas that can move from concept to execution — confidently, consistently, and at scale.
